At this size the root ball is small and dries fast, which matters in a Dubai office where cooling runs from seven in the morning. A plant that wants water once a fortnight in February can want it twice weekly in August, so judge by the soil.
How to care for Dracaena Marginata Small in the UAE
Bright indirect light, and water once the top two centimetres are dry. The pot is light enough to lift as a check, since dry compost weighs less. The failure specific to this size is a sunny windowsill, where leaves scorch against the glass.

Maintain temperatures between 18°C and 24°C. Avoid exposing the plant to drafts, as these can cause undesirable temperature fluctuations. Mist the plant occasionally, about twice a week, to help maintain optimal humidity levels.
Fertilizer:
