Description
Dark Matte Round Planter is a large floor standing container with a full bellied round shape and a flat dark finish, sized for plants that need real soil volume.
Heights offered are 32cm, 44cm and 56cm, with prices from AED 250 to AED 450.
Large containers behave differently to small ones in summer here. The soil mass inside a planter this size takes far longer to heat through than a desk pot does, which buffers roots against a 45C afternoon. The dark outer wall, though, gets genuinely hot under reflected heat from paving.
How to use the Dark Matte Round Planter
Raise it on small feet or pads so water can leave the base and air can move underneath, which also stops staining on paving. Fill the lower portion with coarse drainage material before adding soil, both to cut weight and to keep the deepest layer from turning sour. Position it before filling.

Watering:
Water your plant once a week or when the soil starts to feel slightly dry on the surface. Keep the soil consistently moist, but be careful not to overwater, as this can cause brown spots and leaf drop. If the leaves become curly or dry, it's a sign that the plant needs water. It's best to water your plant in the early morning or late evening when the temperatures are cooler. Always check the soil before watering.
Light:
Provide bright indoor light or indirect sunlight for about 6 to 8 hours a day.
Temperature:
Maintain temperatures between 18°C and 24°C. Avoid exposing the plant to drafts, as these can cause undesirable temperature fluctuations. Mist the plant occasionally, about twice a week, to help maintain optimal humidity levels.
Fertilizer:
Apply liquid fertiliser every 15 days when the plant is actively growing. For best results, use Folikraft ready-to-use Indoor Plant Food.
