At My Plants, we take pride in ensuring every plant we send out meets our high standards. We double-check each plant before dispatch, ensuring it's one we'd proudly display in our own homes.
If you're unhappy with your order for any reason, you can contact us within 14 days of receiving it to arrange a return or exchange. Here’s how:
For Returns:
- Email us at hi@myplants.ae, including:
- Your order number
- Item(s) you want to return
- Reason for your return (e.g., does not match picture; changed my mind; etc.)
- A picture of the item(s) you'd like to return, to confirm eligibility
- After receiving your email, we will contact you to schedule a pickup (this can take 1-2 business days).
- Once we pick up your item, we will process your return and refund your purchase using your original payment method.
For Exchanges:
- Email us at hi@myplants.ae, including:
- Your order number
- Item(s) you want to exchange
- What you'd like to exchange them for
- A picture of your item(s), to confirm eligibility
- After receiving your email, we will contact you to schedule a pickup and exchange (this can take 1-2 business days).
- When we pick up your item, we will deliver the new ones at the same time.
Notes for Exchanges:
- If the new item(s) exceed the value of the returned items, we will send you an invoice prior to delivery to confirm payment of the extra amount.
- If the new item(s) are below the value of the returned items, we will refund the difference using your original payment method.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, please ensure:
- The plants are still in their nursery pot (or the original pot they were sent in).
- No more than 14 days have passed.
- The plants haven't been modified in any way (e.g., pruned, cut, repotted, damaged, etc.).
- The plants have not been damaged.
- The plants have not been placed outdoors unless advised by a member of the My Plants team.
- The plants are returned in their original packaging with all original materials included.
Please Note:
- Each plant/order is eligible for just one exchange request within the 14-day guarantee window.
- My Plants reserves the right to reject any return/exchange requests.
- Refunds and exchanges do not apply to any promotional, customized/personalized, or gifted items.
- Some flowering plants (e.g., Calla Lilies) are not evergreen and will wilt over time. The return window for these plants is 24 hours after receiving them. For more details, please read the "Our Quality Guarantee" section on the product page, or contact our team if in doubt.
- For consumable items (e.g., Sowvital products), the products must be unused, and the packaging unopened/undamaged.
Refunds
Once we pick up/receive your order and confirm its eligibility, we will automatically refund your purchase using your original payment method. Please note it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. My Plants reserves the right to decline any refund/exchange requests.
Refund Charges
- For returns/exchanges due to mistakes/damages caused by My Plants or its delivery partners (e.g., the plant arrived damaged, or the height was not as described), no return/exchange charge will be imposed.
- For all other returns (e.g., customer changes their mind), a return cost of 23 AED will be deducted from the refund amount. My Plants has the right to waive this fee at its discretion.
- My Plants reserves the final right to impose or waive the return fee.
Damages/Issues
If you think your plant arrived damaged or unhealthy, please include a photograph when you contact us. We may ask some questions to understand how you've been caring for it and suggest fixes to help revive it. If we can’t resolve the problem, we will provide a replacement or refund.
