Parlour Palm (Chamaedorea Elegans) is a compact clumping palm from forest shade, so it keeps its colour further from a window than most indoor palms.
This listing is the 50cm size, from AED 65 to AED 100, with a nursery pot or a ceramic pot.
Because it has a reputation for dark corners, it usually ends up in the one spot in an apartment that sees no daylight. It survives, but growth stops and no new spears appear for a year. Moving it a metre closer to a window restarts it.

Indirect light of almost any strength, but no direct sun. Water when the top two centimetres dry, since it dislikes a dry root ball and standing water equally. The most common failure locally is a pot left in its drip tray, which sours the compost and browns the fronds.
