More about this service in Dubai
Pool cleaning in Dubai is a weekly job rather than a monthly one, and the reason is the climate. Airborne dust settles on the surface continuously, high water temperatures encourage algae, and evaporation concentrates the minerals left behind. A pool that is cleaned on a proper schedule stays clear; one that is left for a fortnight shows it in cloudy water and a scale line at the tiles.
What a cleaning visit covers
Each visit follows the same sequence so nothing is skipped: skim the surface, brush the walls and waterline, vacuum the floor, empty the skimmer and pump baskets, backwash or clean the filter, then test the water and correct it. Chlorine, pH and total alkalinity are checked every time and dosed to suit the water temperature and how heavily the pool is being used. You do not need to buy, store or handle any chemicals.
Water balance matters more than appearance
Clear water is not the same as balanced water. If the pH drifts high, chlorine stops working properly and scale forms on the tiles and inside the pipework. If it drifts low, the water becomes aggressive and starts attacking grout, plaster and metal fittings. Most of the expensive pool problems we are called to repair began as a balance problem that nobody was measuring, which is why testing is part of every visit rather than an occasional extra.
Equipment checks and repairs
Pumps, filters, chlorinators and pool lights are inspected as part of the routine. Small issues get dealt with on the spot; anything that needs parts or a longer visit is quoted before we start. We would rather flag a failing pump seal early than replace a seized motor later, and picking these things up on a regular visit is the main practical advantage of a schedule over occasional call-outs.
Residential and commercial pools
We maintain villa pools, shared pools in residential developments, and pools at hotels and serviced buildings across Dubai and the wider UAE. Shared and commercial pools carry a heavier bather load and need more frequent attention and closer record keeping, so those are quoted on a walked survey rather than on pool size alone.
Pools we did not build
Most of the pools on our schedule were built by someone else. We start with a condition report covering the surfaces, the equipment and the current water chemistry, so you know what you are dealing with before any regular visits begin. If the pool also needs design or structural work, that sits with our pool construction and pool and water features teams.
Pool and water feature questions
Weekly is the realistic minimum. Dust settles constantly and the heat drives evaporation, so debris and mineral concentration build faster here than in cooler climates. Fortnightly visits usually show up as cloudy water and scale on the waterline.

Yes. We service pumps, filters, chlorinators and pool lighting, and replace parts where a unit is past repair. If we spot a fault during a routine visit we quote before doing any work.
Yes, most of the pools we maintain were built by someone else. We start with a condition check so you know what state the equipment and surfaces are in before a schedule begins.
