Description
Tiger Striped Pebbles are banded stones, each one marked with pale and dark veins running across its face. The stocked grade is around 5cm, supplied in 20 kg bags at AED 65.
That banding is the whole point of this stone, and it only reads properly at close quarters. Spread across a large area viewed from a distance, the pattern averages out to a mid brown. Sun does not affect the markings at all, but a film of fine Dubai dust flattens them until they are washed.
How to use Tiger Striped Pebbles
Because the detail matters, use this stone where people stand close to it rather than across a whole garden. A single layer laid so the pebbles sit face up shows more pattern than a deep pile. Top up occasionally where pebbles get kicked out of narrow beds.
Where Tiger Striped Pebbles work best

FAQ
Is every pebble striped the same way?
No. Banding differs from stone to stone in width, direction and contrast. A bag holds strongly marked pieces alongside plainer ones, which is normal for natural stone.
Should the pebbles be washed before use?
Washing is worth the effort. Quarry dust dulls the surface, and a rinse before spreading gives the markings their full contrast straight away.
Plants Care
Watering:
Water your plant once a week or when the soil starts to feel slightly dry on the surface. Keep the soil consistently moist, but be careful not to overwater, as this can cause brown spots and leaf drop. If the leaves become curly or dry, it's a sign that the plant needs water. It's best to water your plant in the early morning or late evening when the temperatures are cooler. Always check the soil before watering.
Light:
Provide bright indoor light or indirect sunlight for about 6 to 8 hours a day.
Temperature:
Maintain temperatures between 18°C and 24°C. Avoid exposing the plant to drafts, as these can cause undesirable temperature fluctuations. Mist the plant occasionally, about twice a week, to help maintain optimal humidity levels.
Fertilizer:
Apply liquid fertiliser every 15 days when the plant is actively growing. For best results, use Folikraft ready-to-use Indoor Plant Food.
