Ceramic Low Round Pot (White) is a glazed ceramic planter with a shallow bowl profile, built for small rooted plants instead of tall ones.

It comes in two sizes, Height 15cm x 15cm and Height 20cm x 20cm, priced from AED 30 to AED 40.

Glaze seals the clay body, so this pot holds moisture far longer than unsealed terracotta does in Dubai. Indoors under air conditioning that works in your favour, because the shallow soil column would otherwise dry within two days. In sun, the white glaze reflects rather than absorbs.

How to use the Ceramic Low Round Pot (White)

Check the base before planting and use a saucer underneath to catch runoff. The shallow depth suits small root balls, succulents and shallow rooted herbs. The usual failure here is overwatering, because a low bowl gives water nowhere to drain into and roots sit wet at the bottom.

Does this pot have a drainage hole?

Check the base on arrival. If there is no hole, plant into a nursery pot and drop that inside, then lift it out to water.

What plant size fits the 15cm pot?

Anything currently growing in a 10cm to 12cm nursery pot will sit comfortably. Larger root balls need the 20cm size.

Watering:

Water your plant once a week or when the soil starts to feel slightly dry on the surface. Keep the soil consistently moist, but be careful not to overwater, as this can cause brown spots and leaf drop. If the leaves become curly or dry, it's a sign that the plant needs water. It's best to water your plant in the early morning or late evening when the temperatures are cooler. Always check the soil before watering.

Light:

Provide bright indoor light or indirect sunlight for about 6 to 8 hours a day.

Temperature:

Maintain temperatures between 18°C and 24°C. Avoid exposing the plant to drafts, as these can cause undesirable temperature fluctuations. Mist the plant occasionally, about twice a week, to help maintain optimal humidity levels.

Fertilizer:

Apply liquid fertiliser every 15 days when the plant is actively growing. For best results, use Folikraft ready-to-use Indoor Plant Food.
