Ceramic Low Pot (White) is a plain white glazed pot with a low, wide profile and no pattern or detailing. It comes at Height 10cm x 10cm, 15cm x 15cm and 20cm x 20cm, priced from AED 25 to AED 40.

White glaze shows hard water. Dubai tap water leaves a chalky ring on the rim and streaks down the wall wherever a splash dries, marks that stay invisible on darker pots. It is not damage to the glaze, but it does mean this pot needs wiping more often than a coloured one.

How to use the Ceramic Low Pot (White)

Water into the soil rather than over the rim, and wipe the outside with a damp cloth afterwards to stop deposits building. Salt from fertiliser and tap water also crusts on the soil surface, so flush the pot every couple of months until water drains clear.

How do I remove water marks from the glaze?

A cloth dampened with diluted white vinegar lifts mineral deposits, followed by a rinse with clean water. Avoid abrasive pads, which scratch the glazed surface.

Does a white pot stay cooler than a dark one?

In direct sun, yes. Pale surfaces reflect light instead of absorbing it, so the soil inside heats less than in a black pot standing in the same spot.

Watering:

Water your plant once a week or when the soil starts to feel slightly dry on the surface. Keep the soil consistently moist, but be careful not to overwater, as this can cause brown spots and leaf drop. If the leaves become curly or dry, it's a sign that the plant needs water. It's best to water your plant in the early morning or late evening when the temperatures are cooler. Always check the soil before watering.

Light:

Provide bright indoor light or indirect sunlight for about 6 to 8 hours a day.

Temperature:

Maintain temperatures between 18°C and 24°C. Avoid exposing the plant to drafts, as these can cause undesirable temperature fluctuations. Mist the plant occasionally, about twice a week, to help maintain optimal humidity levels.

Fertilizer:

Apply liquid fertiliser every 15 days when the plant is actively growing. For best results, use Folikraft ready-to-use Indoor Plant Food.
